Step by Step
1st Step
1 - Follow the appropriate scenario:
Guest informs they've Check-in – Apply the macro Check-in – Confirmed. Then, follow Step 2.
Guest informs they've Check-out – Apply the macro Check-out – Confirmed
2 - Update ticket's Check-in status to Done.
