This article is to be used when guests ask us if they can have an early check-in.
Step by Step
1st Step
1 - What's the check-in date? Check via Zendesk ticket Check-in field.
- If check in isn't in the same day as the report - Aplica macro Check-in earlier - Future
- If check-in is in the same day as the report - Via Zendesk ticket>Apps>Links app>Breezeway Tasks click on the Cleaning task. Then, follow Step 2.
2nd Step
2 - Confirm if Check-in cleaning task is Finished
- If task is finished and it's 11am or after - Apply macro Check-in earlier - Possible
- If task if finished but it isn't 11am yet - Apply macro Check-in earlier - Possible at 11
- If task isn't Finished - Apply macro Check-in cedo - Not possible
3rd Step
3 - If member pushback on decision - Escalate to your TL - know how here.
