This article is to be used when guests ask us if the property/apartment has a specific amenity or how it works (TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine brand, pool, etc.).
Step by Step
1st Step
1 - Via Zendesk ticket>Links App>Listing Links>Open Breezeway, confirm if the apartment has the equipment/amenity the guest asked about.
2nd Step
2 - Follow the appropriate scenario:
- If you can't find any information - Apply macro Amenity - Pending info. Then, escalate to your TL - know how here.
- If you can find information about the amenity and it is available - Apply macro Amenity - Available
- If you can find information about the amenity but it isn't available - Apply macro Amenity - Not available
3rd Step
3 - If member pushback on decision - Escalate to your TL - know how here.
