Step by Step
1st Step
1 - What's the reservation status?
- If the reservation status is Inquiry/Waiting Payment/Reserved - Via Zendesk ticket>Links App > Listing Links, choose the platform where inquiry was made and copy the link. Then, apply the macro Info - Vague location
- If the reservation status is Confirmed - Via Zendesk ticket>Links App>Listing Links>Open Breezeway. Then, apply macro Info - Location
- If the reservation status is Expired/Canceled/Closed/Declined - Apply macro Info - New reservation
